Reaction to Tulsa Shooting

This episode [episode 7] is an abbreviated reaction to the Tulsa shooting where two physicians, including two others, were needlessly killed. How do we grieve? How do we grieve as a profession, as an individual? I am still wrapping my head around the distain for human life that has taken place in the last week, and in this situation as well. Where are the debriefings? Where is the grief counseling? Where is the policy change, that I understand is multilayered and complicated. Patients are exactly that…patients. Prayers and condolences are not enough.
