Footprints

This past summer, I have slowed down with podcast releases, blogs, nearly coming to a pause. With the kids off for the summer, I have fallen asleep watching more movies than I can recall, turned the backyard into a summer destination…those have been my priorities. For the rest of the summer, I will continue to release episodes every 2 weeks. I try to practice what I preach and slow down, be intentional with time.

Last week, over the holiday weekend, we traveled to Clayton, New Mexico to see the dinosaur footprints [without a camper and all intact vehicle]! I can clearly say it was so cool to see history preserved as I’m a huge dino fan! The trip and environment, being serene yet filled with kid laughter, made me reflect and think. I would ask the reader/listener to consider how your daily actions/words impact those around you. It is not limited to the professional realm, but also extends to personal interactions with family, friends, and the self.

How are you showing up?

What fun plans do you have to refill your cup?
